The perfect family or couples retreat, the Fegsy’s Favela can sleep up to six people in this 3 bedroom, spacious lodge situated in the Percy Woods Golf and Country Park.
A Cezzane Lodge, has master bedroom with direct access to one bathroom, two twin bedroom with full size single beds and two family bathrooms, one with a bath and over bath shower and one bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The Lodge is in a wonderful location within the Percy Woods Golf and Country Park ensuring entertainment for all the family including the sites own golf course with club house that has video games, pool table, themed food nights and entertainment, sports courts and woodland adventures.
There is an 18 hole golf course on site which is free to our guests (yes completely free)!

And Fegsy? Well, that’s Keith – his childhood nickname, and your contact for your holiday is Maria. This is a couple who spent time in Northumberland earlier this year, love golf, and fell in love with Percy Woods and its tranquil setting…..and the dream was born.
We have a sister lodge directly opposite, called Maison McCoo because of its highland cow theme. We also reserve the right to offer you the sister lodge in the unlikely event of a service issue, so you can be sure your holiday will go ahead.
